Dissolution and unity
The “God particle” (5-MeO-DMT). Unlike the others, it produces no visions: it leads to a total dissolution of the ego and a state of unity (“all and nothing”). The experience is very short, yet among the most intense that exist. That is why here the environment — light, emptiness, and silence — serves preparation and integration.
Preparation is mostly inner: cultivating a posture of surrender and trust, in an absolutely safe setting with an experienced facilitator. Health screening is done by professionals.
There is nothing to “see” or control — only something to let go of. The only useful intention is surrender: to trust and yield completely. Resisting increases fear; letting go opens the way.
Integration is the hardest part: what was lived is almost unspeakable. Do not rush to explain. Stay in silence for a while, then record what you can, in simple words or drawings. A facilitator's support and a gradual return are essential.
An experience of extreme intensity and total dissolution, even though it lasts only minutes. ABSOLUTE CONTRAINDICATION: MAO inhibitors, antidepressants (SSRIs/SNRIs), and harmala/ayahuasca — the combination can cause fatal serotonin syndrome (there is a human case with severe hyperthermia). Cardiovascular disease is a contraindication. Requires an experienced facilitator, a fully safe setting, and extra attention to integration. Use VR only for preparation and integration — never during the effect.
Virtual reality must be used while seated or lying down, with a sober facilitator present. Do not use the headset while standing, walking, or at the peak of the medicine's effect. People with heart conditions (especially with iboga/ibogaine), epilepsy, or light sensitivity should not use it. In case of nausea or discomfort, remove the headset immediately.
