Choose the medicine: Iboga / Ibogaine Psilocybin Ayahuasca God Particle (5-MeO-DMT)

Iboga / Ibogaine

The medicine of reunion and life review

The African medicine of iboga, traditionally used by the Bwiti people of Gabon. It is associated with an introspective, dream-like state and with the so-called “life review” — a panoramic, serene look at one's own history.

Preparation time

Before any real session: a medical evaluation with a cardiac exam (ECG and QTc interval), electrolytes, and a review of all medications, under professional supervision. Set aside several days of preparation, reducing stimulation and resting. This VR stage is mental preparation only — medical screening is done by health professionals.

What to seek — your intention

Set a clear intention: what you wish to understand, release, or heal. Know what to expect — the experience usually has a visionary, dream-like phase of several hours, with a “life review” (memories relived as a panorama), followed by a quieter time of introspection. Surrendering to the process matters more than trying to control it.

After the session — integration

After the session, give the body time — recovery is long. Write down what you went through, especially the “life review,” without judging. Talk with your facilitator. Real change comes from day-to-day integration, not from the experience alone.

Mind your health

Ibogaine has serious, documented cardiotoxicity: it blocks the cardiac hERG channel, prolongs the QT interval (cases above 600 ms), and can cause fatal arrhythmias (torsades de pointes, ventricular tachycardia/fibrillation) — even in people with NO prior heart disease, and deaths have been recorded. Its metabolite (noribogaine) has a long half-life, so the risk extends for days and requires prolonged cardiac monitoring. Use only under medical supervision, with a cardiac exam and follow-up. No measure (including magnesium) guarantees safety.

Before entering, read carefully

Virtual reality must be used while seated or lying down, with a sober facilitator present. Do not use the headset while standing, walking, or at the peak of the medicine's effect. People with heart conditions (especially with iboga/ibogaine), epilepsy, or light sensitivity should not use it. In case of nausea or discomfort, remove the headset immediately.

How to enter

Open this page in your Meta Quest 3 browser and tap “Enter the Temple.” Always use with a facilitator present.

Space for up to 8 people. Recommended for preparation and integration; during the ceremony, use only passively, seated and accompanied.
